The LOP Tennis Court and Pool Areas require an electronic FOB for access. Limit of 2 FOBS per household. Cost is $10 per FOB payable to "Lakes of Parkway HOA" in the form of a personal check, money order or cashier's check (no cash). **Be sure to add your property address on payment. Complete the form below and deliver the funds to the LOP Management Office. You may leave your payment in the mailbox at the LOP office if the office is not open. You will be notified by email when the fob(s) are ready for pick up. Please allow 72 business hours for processing.
