My 16 year old wrought iron fence was badly rusted with some of the bottom rail missing. John cut all of the bottom rail off and welded new rail about 1in higher than the original that was sitting on the lawn. It was necessary to replace 5 post  that were rusted out at the ground level. After doing the repairs, he sanded the entire fence, wiped it down and applied a primer coat of paint. Waited two days for the primer to dry completely and then applied a final coat of paint. He never missed a day of work in 100deg heat, except Sunday, and was always on time. I strongly recommend him.
